Kite Festival 2019
One of the key challenges for a developing country like India is urban migration, which is further exacerbated by limited resources to meet increasing housing demands.
The high percentage of labour migration from rural areas to cities has contributed to urban congestion, pressure on basic amenities such as water and sanitation, etc., and most of all, housing shortages in cities across India. Keeping in mind the above challenges Ashapurna launched its 32nd project Ashapurna Basera which is the first affordable project according Chief Minister Jan Aawas Yojana-2015 and first to be registered in RERA in whole of Marwar, Rajasthan. The affordable project boasts of a total of 448 flats of EWS and LIG units. Ashapurna Basera is located on Pal Sangariya road surrounded by well developed townships and in close proximity with top schools, basni industrial area and the Boranada area. Eminently accessible from the city and comfortably tucked away in a world of its own.
