Job Description:

  1. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  2. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  3. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  4. Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
  5. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  7. Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  8. Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
  9. Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  10. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
  11. Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
  12. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  13. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  14. Communicating with the clients and analyzing their financial reports and providing necessary assistance to them in making modification and corrections in their reports.
  15. Studying the objectives of the company and future plans and helping them in taking proper financial decisions accordingly.
  16. Keep a track of multiple clients associated with the company and provide their details to the accountants for further processing of their accounts and deriving proper conclusions.

Job Description:

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  3. Attending each site visit and following up for conversion 
  4.  
  5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  8. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  9. Executive has to represent company and project sites as assigned to him in various events, exhibitions, camps and canopy activities. He has to individually or as a team take participation.
  10. Executive has to conduct home visits in case of requirement and on call of customer.
  11. Executive has to close deal, handle any after sales services, sort out grievances of customers and close all matter related to customers with immediate effect. 
  12. Executive must be fine tuned and updated with all the nearby happenings of Real estate. He must aware with the moves of competitors and can conduct market research for the same and report to management

Job Description:

  2. Processing and payments of all Invoices for Suppliers / Contractor etc as per SOPs and within TAT.
  3. Processing and payments of all Utility bills as per SOPs and within TAT.
  4. Timely Reconciliation of all suppliers / contractors ledgers.
  5. Reconciliation of Bank Account Statements.
  6. Proper filing of vouchers / invoices etc and maintain files as per files list.
  7. Timely raising of all Rent / Installment etc invoices.
  8. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  10. Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  11. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  12. Keep a track of multiple clients associated with the company and provide their details to the accountants for further processing of their accounts and deriving proper conclusions.
  13. Plan and prepare monthly and yearly accounts reports.
  14. Maintain high level of accuracy in the use of resources through proper monitoring and efficient analysis of the accounting department’s activities.

Job Description:

  1. Overall Project Execution
  2. Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
  3. Preparing drawing list and follow up with concerned agencies to meet required by date tracker
  4. Constructing as per GFC’s issued, without deviations in Architectural Drawings, Structural Design & Drawings (In-house / Outsourced), MEP Design & Drawings (In-house / Outsourced), Specialized Packages Design & Drawings (In-house / Outsourced), etc.
  5. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations submitted by Contractors
  6. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
  7. Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines 
  8. Preparing monthly plan based on approved baseline schedule
  9. Setting weekly target based on monthly target
  10. Tracking the weekly target on a daily basis and report progress of work based on actual quantities executed at site against baseline planned quantities
  11. Estimating the required materials for the task to start next as per requirement plan in-line with Material Planning SOP
  12. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and drawings
  13. Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
  14. Quality control in accordance with IS / procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, as per QAP, QCP.
  15. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  16. Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
  17. Preparing reports as required – work status of the project, budget for different stage of work, cost for selected time duration, measurement sheet updation, processing bill of contractors, etc.
  18. Oversee all the tasks and metrics necessary to ensure that the approved and authorized project is within scope, on time, and on budget. Continuously perform monitoring & control throughout the life cycle of the project.
