Ashapurna Basera is company’s 32nd project. The project aims at addressing the ever increasing problems of rapid urban migration. Basera also pans to handle the urban congestion problem by dealing with it in an organised manner. The project is the first affordable project under Chief Minister Jan Aawas Yojna 2015 and also the first RERA complained project in whole of Marwar. It has 448 flats of EWS and LIG segments.
