Ashapurna Valley is spread across 175 bighas having around 1000 bungalows and plots. The project is situated 200 feet wide road on Jodhpur-Ahmedabad National Highway near Jhalamand Circle which is now a part of Jodhpur City. The new Rajasthan High Court is coming up just adjacent to the project site and places like India Bulls Mall, Vivek Vihar, Vijay Rajya Sindhiya Nagar are also in the close proximity.
